Use cases

eli.ai is eight systems that compose. On its own each is a capability — connect a source, model it, certify it, trace it, join live data, answer, measure, expose. Chained together they turn a pile of documents into an outcome someone can act on and defend: a grounded answer in a sales call, a scheduled deliverable a client trusts, a ticket deflected before it reaches a human — every one of them cited, governed, traceable, and measured. This page frames the platform by the outcome you're after and routes you to the walkthrough that builds it end to end. For the systems themselves, read the capability map.

The eight systems

The shorthand used below — each a self-contained slice, in pipeline order. Every use case is a different subset chained in a different order. Follow any chip to its deep dive.

By industry — the demo workspaces

Fourteen complete starter workspaces — a dozen industries plus a university and a personal vault. Each guide walks its domain end to end, grounded in the real seeded content, so you can yarn demo:seed <slug>, open the workspace, and follow along. See the catalog.

Wealth management

Cedar Peak Capital

Fuse certified research with the live positions book so “which clients are overweight tech?” is answered, cited, and abstains when the firm can't back it.

IntakeAtlasWarrantConduitLensLineage

Care coordination

Riverside Community Clinic

Pull live quality-gap data through a governed query behind an answer policy that abstains on clinical advice and cites every claim to a certified source.

IntakeAtlasWarrantConduitLensLineage

Incident response

Beacon Software

Turn a 2am page into a cited incident answer with live open-incident counts, abstaining when no incident record backs the claim.

More patterns you can build

These aren't separate guides — they're the same eight systems recomposed for other outcomes, achievable today on the platform. The walkthroughs above show the mechanics; swap the domain and the shape holds.

Support deflection

Connect the help center and ticket history (Intake) and certify the canonical answers (Warrant); Lens answers a customer in their own words with citations — and abstains rather than bluff — while Crucible measures deflection quality against a golden set of real tickets.

IntakeWarrantLensCrucible

Research synthesis

Ingest papers, reports, and field notes (Intake) and let Atlas build the concept graph that connects them; Lens synthesizes a grounded answer across sources, and Lineage traces every claim back to the exact document it came from.

Compliance & audit trails

Certify policies with named owners and review SLAs (Warrant); Lineage keeps append-only PROV-O provenance and a blast radius for every change, Crucible proves answers stay correct over time, and Ports exposes the whole audit trail programmatically for the auditor.

Start from the outcome

Pick the walkthrough closest to your goal and swap the domain — the platform doesn't care whether the documents are sales battlecards, support macros, or SOC 2 controls, only that every answer stays grounded, governed, traceable, and measured. To stand up a workspace first, follow Getting started; for the systems behind these patterns, read the capability map.
